Elana Benjamin is a Sydney-based writer whose articles have been published widely, including in Good Weekend, Sunday Life and the Sydney Morning Herald. Elana is also the author of ‘Indian-Jewish Food: Recipes and Stories from the Backstreets of Bondi’.
Em Lewin, from Melbourne, is about to publish her first book, telling the remarkable story of her grandparents’ survival of the Holocaust.
An author and poet, Alice was born in Chicago and now lives in Highland Park, IL. Her book “Beyond The Scent Of Olives” is still selling on Amazon fourteen years on. She is a published poet - one of her poems is archived in the Lincoln Library (Springfield, IL) and some pieces are read at Friday night Services at Temple Beth Israel in Skokie, earning her the nickname “The Poet Laureate of Temple Beth Israel.” She had a wonderful 43 year marriage and has two wonderful daughters, two very nice sons-in-law, and four terrific grandchildren.
Esh Hadaya is the spokesperson and IT manager of Hadaya Jewelry, the Jerusalem studio founded by his father, the late master engraver and storyteller Baruch Hadaya. In 1999, Esh led the brand online—coining “oneofakind” and launching its first website; by 2001 the store was serving customers worldwide. Esh carries on Baruch’s beloved storytelling. Through words and craft, he continues Hadaya’s mission to spread Hebrew wisdom and handmade love across the globe.
Nina Sanadze is a Soviet-born, Melbourne-based artist who works with monuments, archives and political action. Nina is the Artistic Director of Goldstone Gallery.
Sanadze presents narratives built upon personal stories from within the experience of conflict; a wall of remembering that acts as a fortification against repeating histories. She believes in the power of art and beauty to bring people together and that peace-building is achieved through proactive work, determination, negotiation, and the forging of narratives designed to unite competing ideologies.
While Pearl has a background in law and languages, she is now an accomplished silver and goldsmith, designing and making bespoke jewellery and individual pieces of Judaica.
Pearl continues her passion for learning languages in Melbourne and Jerusalem between which, she divides her time.

Ros qualified as a pharmacist in 1974 and after the birth of her 3 children, she committed herself to her family and to the community.
Ros was awarded an OAM (Medal of the Order of Australia, General Division) in the 2017 Australia Day Awards for service to youth, charitable organisations and as Founder and Coordinator of KOGO. Kogo distributes warm winter hand knits to people in need.
