
Natalie Rathner is passionate about growing philanthropy, strategic social impact and building a global network of Jewish change-makers. Natalie is the Director of Philanthropic Programs for the Australian Jewish Funders, working with philanthropists of all ages in the areas of strategic and impactful giving. Within the organisation, Natalie has seeded and managed multiple programs around leadership, social entrepreneurship, teen giving, next generation engagement and innovation. In 2014 she co-created LaunchPad - A Platform for Jewish Innovation in Australia, a community now with over 350 members around the world. Natalie just returned from living in New York City, where she was working in production at a global creative communications agency that specialises in socially responsible communications, as well as studying Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania.
