
Born in Israel and now living in New York City, Ruth Zelig started writing creatively as president of her Conservative synagogue being required to publish a monthly letter and deliver speeches to the congregation. She has taken creative non-fiction writing courses and is now putting the finishing touches on her epistolary memoir “Letters from Brazil”.
With a Master’s in Linguistics from the University of Rochester, English is her fifth language.
