
Suzy Zail
Suzy Zail started her working life as a solicitor but left the law to write The Tattooed Flower, an account of how her father survived the Holocaust. Suzy’s first work of fiction for young adults, The Wrong Boy, has been included in the 2015 USBBY Outstanding International Books list and was short-listed for Book of the Year in the Older Readers category at the 2013 Children’s Book Council of Australia Awards. In 2015, her novel, Alexander Altmann A10567 was recognised as a Notable Book. Suzy’s books have been published in Germany, the UK, U.S., Sweden, Italy and the Netherlands.
