Rachel A. Elovitz is a founding partner at Elovitz, Edwards, O'Nan & Buerlein, LLC. She is family lawyer who specializes in complex custody litigation. She is also a registered mediator, arbitrator, child advocate, writer (of prose and poetry) and painter. The daughter of Yankee Jewish parents, Rachel was born in Weisbaden, Germany where her father served as a Chaplain for the USAF. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Rachel taught kindergarten, elementary, and high school students at reform and conservative Jewish schools. Rachel resides with her husband, Sasha, and their canine kids in Atlanta, Georgia.
Avril Janks is inspired by her two adult children who live their lives connected to community and passionate about making a difference. She works in communications in the not for profit sector and is a writer, translator and serial volunteer.
Iskra Dolina has dedicated nearly three decades to the profession of law and has seen numerous examples when people ruined their own lives and the lives of their nearest and dearest by their own hands. However, from the very beginning of her career, she knew that everyone had a spiritual spark and it’s important to discover it at the right time and let it develop. At present, Iskra conducts training sessions and seminars that help people restore harmony in relationships and make a transition from an existence full of tragedies to the perception of life as a pleasant journey.

Andrea is passionate about inclusion including access to information. Her work is in advocating for Inclusive Communications to reach audiences from diverse cultures, with limited English literacy, with a communications disability and or limited digital access/ ability.
Andrea is also a health consumer advocate with her commitment coming from personal experience including having moderate hearing loss. She serves on committees including at Alfred Health and the Dental Health Service Victoria. Andrea has been a member of the DHHS/ Safer Care Victoria, Consumer Leadership Reference Group (COVID) and a participant in the Consumer Health Forum’s ‘Loneliness Thought Leadership Roundtable’.
Marilyn Cohen Shapiro, a resident of Kissimmee, FL, is a regular contributor to the (Capital Region NY) Jewish World and the Orlando Heritage Florida Jewish News.
